Cancellations & Returns Information

What is return policy?

Only for defective or damaged product(s), you can get replacement or refund from us. Please kindly inform us with in 24 hrs. after receiving products. If you want to cancel the order please inform us within 24hrs once u placed the order, after that it can’t be cancelled. Cancellation charges may apply based on the payment mode.

To replace the product is our initial preference. We strictly follow up 1-day claim policy. When we get your complaint, we will evaluate the defect and then decide to make 100% refund or replace the item(s). 

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

Inform us of the damaged or defective product within 24hrs after delivery and send us images of the images of the damage items via email on

Please make sure, the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

How do I cancel an order?

Customer can cancel their order within 24hrs after placing order. We will 100% give full refund of your order amount but it’s purely depending on the payment mode. After 24hrs of order places order can’t be cancelled. 

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of product(s) in your order, it will take 3-7 business days to cancel the order and refund. You will be notified of the same.

 What is the mode of refund available after cancellation?

Your money will be refunded back to the account that was originally used to make the transaction or maybe you will get it by other payment mode.
